A Word from the Dean of the College
The primary mission of university-level educational institutions is to cultivate a distinguished human capital, equipped with knowledge to meet the nation's developmental needs and keep pace with the demands of the modern era through quality agricultural and livestock production. Thirdly, this mission aims to elevate service to the community. We at the College of Agriculture and Veterinary Medicine in Abs have exerted, and will continue to exert, every possible effort to achieve these pivotal tasks, which I believe represent the cornerstone of nation-building. This is accomplished by producing graduates who strive for self-sufficiency in the agricultural and livestock sectors, thus covering all of society's needs and preparing a generation capable of achieving the goals of sustainable development. Today, more than ever, our country needs the efforts of all its citizens. We pray to God Almighty to guide everyone on the path of righteousness, for the glory, victory, security, and stability of Yemen, and to grant us success in fulfilling the aspirations of our students in the best possible way, serving our nation and empowering our generations to take control of the present and shape the future.
