I am pleased to welcome you to the Pharmacy Department at Hajjah University, one of the leading departments in the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, which is considered a cornerstone in preparing qualified healthcare professionals, both scientifically and practically, to serve humanity and society.
The department dedicates its efforts to providing distinguished pharmaceutical education that keeps pace with global developments in the fields of medicine and treatment, and is based on solid scientific foundations that combine theoretical study, practical application, and advanced scientific research. We aim to graduate highly competent pharmacists who possess in-depth scientific knowledge, professional skills, and high ethical standards, so that they may be active partners in the healthcare system, capable of contributing to the development of the pharmaceutical industry, scientific research, and pharmaceutical services in Yemen and abroad.
The department is also keen to stimulate scientific research in the fields of biochemistry, pharmacology, toxicology, and molecular sciences, and works to build scientific partnerships with academic and research institutions within and outside Yemen, thus enhancing the university's standing in the scientific arena.
