The Human Development Center - Abs was established by Decree No. 32, dated April 16, 2016. It has offered training programs and short courses, including:

2. Medical Terminology
3. Computer Science
4. First Aid
5. Training of Trainers (TOT)
Vision: To be a leader in empowering individuals and communities by investing in their capabilities to achieve comprehensive and sustainable development.
Mission: To provide innovative training and development programs and services that enhance skills and knowledge, and support individuals and institutions to keep pace with developments and achieve prosperity for society.
The Human Development Center - Abs aims to develop the capabilities of individuals and communities through training, development, and skills enhancement to meet the needs of the labor market, improve quality of life, and achieve sustainable development. Its vision is to build individuals and communities capable of facing challenges and progress, and its mission is to provide programs and services that enable them to achieve these goals, with a focus on innovation and collaboration.

Human resources are considered the most important asset for the advancement of any nation. People are the true wealth of nations, and human development focuses on the individual as both the goal and the means to develop and enhance their understanding by equipping them with the tools of science and knowledge. Based on this approach, the Human Development Center was established to create intermediate-level personnel who contribute to bridging the gaps in the work cycle and career paths, and who take into account the needs of the labor market, especially in the fields of computer science, nursing, and languages.
We at the Human Development Center in Abs are pleased to strive to provide innovative training and educational programs that meet the needs of the times and the demands of the labor market, and contribute to facing challenges and building both individuals and the nation.
