Organizing and implementing effective planning functions within the Quality Center that contribute to effective leadership and broad faculty engagement in quality
Ensuring that the concept of quality management is comprehensively and appropriately applied across all academic, research, and administrative programs. Benchmarking programs against accreditation standards where available; where unavailable, against internationally accredited programs. Validating agreed-upon measurement and evaluation levels and objective performance indicators for each Quality Management Programs
Engaging all external partners with Hajjah University in developing, improving, and sustaining quality management processes and participating in the development of their implementation plans
Enhancing the university's outputs in terms of academic excellence and professional qualifications, keeping pace with rapid changes and the demands of the modern era
Ensuring quality in learning and teaching processes according to academic standards, thereby increasing the satisfaction of governmental and private employers with the university's graduates
Guiding students towards specialized fields, taking into account the proportional distribution of graduates between theoretical and vocational colleges, in accordance with labor market needs
